We also have worked our whole career to help raise the level of professionalism of our business.  We have worked in sales, management, and in teaching new agents the ways to relate to customers and clients in the highest manner of professionalism.  The Certified Residential Specialist designation that Danny enjoys is only obtained by about 3% of agents in the country.  It is earned after many, many transactions and by many hours of ongoing study.
